Grand Magic Hotel Marne La Vallée

Premiere nuit à l hôtel la Clim fonctionne pas ,la réception ma dit que c était normal ,alors que non j ai payé pour une chambre avec la Clim , le lendemain suite à mon message fait sur la plate forme heureusement qu on m’a changé de chambre , et le petit déjeuner vraiment pas top pour un 4 étoile de meme pour le buffet même à première classe le petit déjeuner et mieux

The hotel was okay overall. The breakfast was good, although it was very crowded.

I don't think the hotel is worth more than a three-star rating. Only one elevator was working during our stay. The furniture, carpets, and even the walls were dirty and worn. While this may be expected in a hotel near Disney that accommodates many children, the property needs better maintenance. The shuttle service is shared with several hotels, so it becomes overcrowded and chaotic every time you need to go to the parks. My check-out time was 5:30 a.m., and we were promised a takeaway breakfast, but nothing was ready when we left. The toilet seat in our room was broken but they fix when we ordered I don't think I would stay at this hotel again.

Free shuttle bus was appreciated,Maybe extra services would help.Overcrouded.Reception,was mostly helpful.The resort charge was expected,doing it everywhere nowadsys.The deposit though €150 was not.Came straight out of my account,was told to keep the reciept for when we check out,the money would be put back into my account.On the day of checking out,i asked to check out,to which they pointed at a glass post box.Was told to put them in there.I asked about the deposit,to which the reply was it will be reeleased today.Here we are,eight days after returning home,the deposit is still not back in my account.

We had a VERY BAD experience! The minibar in the room doesnt cool. Because they are too cheap to make it work properly. My mother is diabetic and needed to put her medicine in the minibar, eventually we had to add ice to it. The air conditioning is too weak,and in one of the rooms didnt even work. we were there during a heat wave and it was hell. The lobby and pool toilets were dirty and old. The biggest issue is the reception staff and management, they were extremely rude to us, Marwa laughed in our face and the manager was very rude and unfriendly. Every small request we had was declined with no reasonable explanation. This is the worst costumer service I have ever seen or experienced in my life.
