Gute Lage zum Disneyland inklusive kostenlosen Shuttlebus (ca. 10 Minuten Fahrt). Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet boten eine gute Auswahl. Der Pool war perfekt für eine Abkühlung. Im Hotel Foyer wurden magische Animationen abgespielt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich, konnten alle Fragen und Anliegen klären und waren auch sprachlich gut aufgestellt (mit französisch und englisch konnten wir leicht alles klären).

Dafür, dass es ein französisches Hotel ist, konnten viele Service-Mitarbeiter nicht gut französisch, englisch war auch teils schwierig.

Very disappointed with our stay at Grand Magic Hotel The bed sheets were never changed; they only made the bed. The room was full of flies and extremely hot, and the air conditioning was not working properly. The only housekeeping service provided was changing the towels and emptying the trash bin each day. Apart from that, nothing else was done. The room and bathroom were not cleaned at all during our stay. For a hotel of this standard, we expected much better cleanliness and maintenance. The food was also very disappointing, especially for children. The quality and variety were poor, and there was very little choice available. There were hardly any suitable options for kids. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel
