Not on par with Country Inn.

Dated building. slow loud elevator. Very loud ceiling fan in bathroom. No dresser to put clothes for next day. I do not like living out of a suitcase at any stop. Too far from town and restaurants.

"My day was excellent, and the manager made sure that everything was OK after hearing how bad the rep"

It was nice and the manager was excellent. The problem was with booking.com When I arrived at the hotel, the manager told me that they did not have me listed and I needed to call booking.com. I called and waited on the phone for over a half an hour and then I had some rude man from booking.com on the line with me and he was the rudest customer service I’ve ever had. He was actually yelling at me.

Booking.com After my experience on New Year’s Eve with my grandchildren, listening to this man, speak to me on the phone disrespectful we were an hour late to even get checked in because I wasn’t in the computer and booking.com. Never sent it over.
