Personable staff, decent room and comfortable bed. Close to my family so very convenient location. Would stay here again

Weird towels. When wet they kinda felt squeaky and didn’t slide over my body but kept stopping. Breakfast fair. Would have loved a GF bread for toast. Had a bad neighbor but that wasn’t your fault.

"Don't Waste Your Time and Money"

The check-in part was nice and easy. However, we were not informed about the internet being out until three days into our stay, and it wasn't going to be up and running until after our stay, and that was because we inquired about it. The phone that was provided in the hotel room wasn't even hooked up. The bathroom was not up to our standards. We ended up cleaning the bathroom before using it. It was extremely dusty and smelled of cat urine. While we were moving the furniture when we were trying to find our pet, the floor was covered in dust, food, and Band-Aids. There was a thick layer of dust behind the TV. The carpet was stained. Also, the pool was nothing to brag about. The floor of the pool looks like no one's ever cleaned it. There were spiders in and around the pool. The only part of the hotel that looks decent is the lobby.
