Quality Inn

Hotel was okay but the elevator didn't work. I had to carry my luggage through the stairs.

Elevator broken...had the feeling it was down for weeks. Late ck in. Front desk person not the easiest . Bags very heavy from travelling 10 days. 2 of us. Had to carry luggage up to 2nd floor. Grrrr.

no gym, no bar, no store, actually 2 star, further away from convention center than stated: so all different than expedia said. Had I known, i would have paid more for better. The staff was nice. inside the room was good equal to a 2 star.

Everything was great. It was a nice & comfortable stay. Look forward to visiting again! 🙂

Not bad for an overnight stay to catch an early flight.

Friendly front desk

We reserved a room for 3 people. We checked in and went to the room and the thermostat read Error, would not allow the A/C to come on. The night manager said he could not do anything, offered us a suite with a king bed and sleeper sofa. The sofa bed was going downhill and the mattress was maybe 3” thick. We called the desk again and another mgr got us a roll away bed, same bad mattress but level and said he would not charge us for the roll away. We wanted a room with two beds and got that mess, not comfortable at all for a mature adult.

Very good breakfast !

Every thing is good. Except the room is little smell of spilled dry milk.

Front desk staff rude at breakfast; sat with her ear buds in the entire time. Disengaged with hotel guests.
