Quality Inn

Clean and good the staff is very nice too, the breakfast is good we like it the place

Person checking us in told us they had overbooked and that our room was not available. We are 2 women and had booked 2 queens. He tried to give us a king and fold out couch. My friend complained that it was not our fault but he said we would have a junior suite. She continued to complain to me and he ended up giving us the room we had booked with 3 queen beds.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean room, overall very nice stay. We had dinner at a nearby Japanese restaurant, which was very authentic and good! Also, we had a day trip to San Francisco which took only an hour from this place. I recommend this place for anyone visiting San Jose/San Francisco and/or Santa Cruz area.

Overall our stay was just okay. The front desk guys were very nice.The room wasn't as clean as I like. The duvet had booger type things stuck on it. The fridge also had a booger type thing stuck on the inside of the door. To us it looked like the room hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. The location was a wee bit sketchy as well. If you are into the Mexican style music you can listen for free till about 11pm... there's a bar next door that blasts their music.

Ok for a nights sleep. No frills and fairly clean.

Quality Inn is a great hotel but in a run down but it is clean and breakfast was good.

Staff was very nice to work with. The room was clean and the location was perfect for what I needed.

Absolutely fabulous on-site included breakfast, rooms were generously sized and well kept. Really loved our stay here for all the amenities it provided and great service from staff.

Neighbourhood seemed a bit scary. So I was glad to have a nice place to stay.

Pros: Great breakfast. Attentive service. Con: noisy road outside the window.
