Quality Inn

the location is in a terrible part of town and while outside my mother was approached by a man who demanded her jewelry

I didn’t like that there was a seafood restaurant right next door and they had loud live music playing till late at night. My room was facing the restaurant not enough sleep!

I accidentally book this Quality Inn Hotel instead of the Silicone Valley Quality Inn. I had searched on hotels with shuttles to and from the airport as this was a brief one night stay. NEVER Again! I'll definitely be more careful when booking as I had previously stayed at the Silicone Valley Quality Inn (on the way thru 10 days earlier) and thought this was also the same one. Needless-to-say, the cost of taking a taxi or Lyft to and from the airport was quite expensive. The hotel is also expensive for what you get! San Jose is an expensive place if just for an airport stopover! I also wasn't able to have the breakfast due to my early morning flight. The area appeared seedy so didn't even venture out for dinner. The room was adequate but I was so upset about the different hotel that I couldn't get past my experience. Would not stay here again due to lack of airport transportation!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price. Very nice room. Good free breakfast - free parking, safe and in back. And really loved the pizza place and the Mexican restaurant directly across the street - both whom serve beer and very affordable. I would stay again. This was a 3-night business trip for one.

Well when I walked in Mr Renee Lorzano process Ed me and was so friend, accommodating, and knew the brand very well. Renee also answered all my questions. He and Kathy made my stay very pleasant. My room was clean and neat. Breakfast was nutritious and fun. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. I give you a 10 Renee you and all the staff, 10 .

My stay was very comfortable, I had a nutritious breakfast every morning, after several hundred miles drive myself and my car was safe and the staff, thank you Renee Lorzano for such a wonderful stay. Renee, Kathy, you guys put a smile on my face and that is a great feat indeed. Thank you

Very dirty bad service Hand control didn’t work mold in restrooms horrible overall would never stay there again!!!!!!!!

Room was nice but had a lot of street noise. Also there isn't sufficient dining tables for breakfast.
