Quality Inn

Hotel is located in a convenient area. Staff were okay not super friendly. Room was clean and decent, but for an unpleasantl looking iron burn mark on the carpet. Didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast that was included. Housekeeping forgot to leave conditioner on our second day which was a bummer (left home without any.)

Rooms are great and comfortable. Parking was adequate. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety. Was in the area for a soccer game at Avaya Stadium. Its a short drive from this hotel. Good place to meet up with other travelling fans.

Located in an older part of town but offered all the amenities that more expensive hotels offer in the area at a more affordable price. Comfortable beds,free internet and hot breakfast. I would stay here again.

Came in for NHL All Star Weekend. Good location, great price and easy parking

Hotel was average but very clean. The furnishings very outdated and unsightly, such as a worn-out sofa chair with holes on the armrest. The check-in experience was awful The person (I believe was the owner) was asking for ID (dirvers license). Reasonable request but then insisted that he check our VISA card with the name on it even though we told him that we paid for the room through Expedia. He insisted that he needed to verify the VISA card which also prompted me to distrust him and what he was doing with my Credit card behind the counter. I would NOT go back to this motel.

Very clean but old & worn furnishings (ex. sofa chair--worn and with holes at armrest). Very negative experience at check-in with the person behind the counter (I believe the owner). He showed a very distrusting demeanor by first asking for my drivers license (reasonable) and then insisting that he see our credit card by which we paid through Expedia. Even though we paid in advance, he was insisting that he verify it and this also caused me to distrust him and follow his actions with my credit card. Never experienced this in all my travels. What would have happened if we didn't have this credit card in our possession at check-in???? Will never go back to this motel.

Street side room too noisy from busy street traffic. Unsafe area- police at liquor store on corner & prostitute/homeless woman walked into lobby barefoot and went down first floor hallway in front of us. Chair in room torn and dirty looking. Internet down a lot. Bed was firm and comfortable, TV had plenty of free movie stations and front desk service from Leslie was super!

Over priced! Room- below average. Toilet failed to flush consistently. Found a piece of gauze (from a bandage?) on the floor. Breakfast- below average. Atmosphere- poor. Forced to listen to political propaganda during breakfast as hotel staff seemed to be engrossed in CNN. Hint: may want to consider the political diversity of your guests and show something less divisive (like sports or local news) during breakfast.

Kinda worried about the neighborhood but this hotel was amazing. Very clean and up to date. Bed was amazing!!!
