The Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino

We were 4 families traveling with children between 6 months and 5 years of age. We thus had several queries and requests prior to our arrival, which were addressed promptly. Special mention of Tiphany who has very quick in her responses and assured us of meeting our requests to the best of their abilities. We loved our stay at Zuri; clean, well maintained rooms, prompt responses to calls made to house-keeping/room service. In terms of food, they have a good breakfast spread. However, the buffet lunch/dinner can be missed as the food was average and expensive. Would not hesitate to stay in this property again.

Zuri is a very good place to stay, luxurious, nice, cozy room, good bathrooms, good food, nice staff. If you are looking for peace with luxury, its the place. It has direct access to beach, which is open till 8.00 pm. It has few indoor activities too like kids play room, swimming pool ( really good one), steam sauna, jacuzzi, archery, zorbi ball, all without any charges. Paid activities like massage, bicycle on rent, and snooker. Breakfast was very nice with good variety of spread. Flip side, its isolated location, no good beach shacks, taxis and bike for hire have inflated rates. Overall good resort if you don't want to go out too much.

Property is too good. Staff is very helpful. I was travelling with a 2.5year old kid n things were pretty smooth as compared to places where I have stayed before.

My first trip to India / Goa, its one of the best resort i have stayed, the food was excellent and the service was even better. I highly recomment to all my friend and family to go check it out

Had a lovely stay. The staff was very courteous and the beach behind was beautiful. Loved it!

Experience was juz superb!! Enjoyed every moment of our stay. Widespread varieties in the bfast buffet and an equally widespread lunch n dinner.. they have a superb quiet beach which is very clean and saved from the outside crowd hence you can spend a quality family time at ease..One more thing which i loved is the kids room that they have and also the activities that they conduct for kids. .You can leave your kid in the kids room (which has an attendent whole day to manage kids of all ages) which provides loads and loads of activities for children ... The only thing that i didnt like is the commuting issue.. If you want to go out of the resort and xplore other parts of goa, you need to have your own vehicle.. 'coz first of all the resort is very much interior and secondly if you choose their vehicle/cab they charge xhorbitantly high even for a smaller trip.. They dont allow cabs like fast track, city taxi's or even auto's near the resort and hence you are left with no choice but to choose their own vehicles.. You do get scooters on hire just outside the resort - Activa/dio etc is available for 300 (8 hours) and a bike is available for 500 (8 hours)... Nearest beach is Colva and Benaulum they have water sports and para sailing activities.. All in all a wonderful place to spend 2-3 days (but with your own vehicle) :)

Not a real 5 star property and checkin process is terrible...

it was really great to be there for total relaxation. Resort location is very nice and in calm area. I like the food, ambiance, rooms. Swimming pool and beach area was awesome. hotel staff is very cooperative and nice. Only thing is that the tariff is bit expensive. rest all was fine.
