Nice hotel.. close to beach..good breakfast...courteous staff...decor very tired n worn out..b prepared to pay extortionate prices for basic..poor quality room service. ..n can b noisy as popular for destination weddings....

More mosquitos than I have seen for a long time. What they did to get rid of them seems to have been almost totally ineffective

This a great hotel for a beach holiday or even a pool holiday, both are excellent. Excellent breakfast choice too. We stayed 4 nights Jan 18 for some RnR between travelling South India. Check in was poor, we arrived 5p.m. they couldn't find our booking & when they did our room was still not ready at 6p.m., it is a minor point but for 5* with a ridiculous handover time (out 11a.m. no check in till 3pm) they really should be ready! Otherwise couldn't fault the place, it does what it says on the tin for those wanting to holiday without caring where it's perfect, there is no entertainment program, which was great for us but I would think most people choosing a place like this for a 2 week holiday would want something. As you would expect everything in resort is over priced cigarettes 540 rupees ( £6 ) outside 350 rupees for example, but at least they have them!

I stayed over the New Year holiday. The hotel NYE Gala is the best I have ever been to. The live music, DJ, food and atmosphere was amazing. I really considering going again next year. I am so glad I selected this hotel to spend my holiday and visit India for the first time. This place is a gem.

Amazing hotel with great location. Beach is 2 mins walk from the hotel. If you are going for a chilled out serene holiday with family this is the hotel you want to book. Very supportive and compassionate staff. Good food. Varca beach attached to Zuri is almost like a private property. This beach is free of any noise or crowd loved the beach. Zuri has got and amazing swimming pool. I booked a premium apartment and had once section of pool at my back door, it was almost like a private beach. Whenever I am in Goa you can find me @Zuri White Sand!

We enjoyed everything about the hotel. Except that their check in, check out timing is just plain unfair. The check in time is only after 3 PM and the check out is at 11 AM!!!! I am a frequent traveller and I have never seen such a wide difference between their check in and check out timining. It's totally unfair to have such an early check out. I can understand that they need to clean the room for the next guest but 4 hours to clean a room is just unbelievable.

I have stayed at many 5 Star hotels in Goa including likes of Hotel Leela & Hotel Park Hyatt. I found Hotel Zuri White Sands Resort and Casino, Goa a complete package of Hospitality with Heavenly Beach of White Sand. The Location, Guest Rooms especially seaward facing Swimming Pool, The Swimming Pool, Landscape of entire 35 acres of hotel property, the warm & pleasing attitude of all members of staff from front office to restaurants and housekeeping made us feel very comfortable & at home. I met chef Vidya, Chef Jim it who were very happy to prepare dishes of my choice & recipe out of their standard menu. The entire waiting staff especially One Mr Naresh of Waterfall Cafe served us very warmly. Naresh took very good care of us. The Breakfast Menu spread was Sumptuous & is a must to be included in your stay. Couple of suggestions for hotel management... 1) Airport pick up & drop should be included in room tariff 2) The mattress i guest rooms are very soft & uncomfortable 3) Sound of Diesel Generator should be controlled by improving acoustic treatment 4) The cutlery of Waterfall Cafe is too heavy & big for handle comfortably. 5) The quality of Hotel made Yogurt needs improvement instead it should be bought from reputed international brand WE thank everyone & Hotel management for of Hotel Zuri White Sands for making our stay & holiday at Goa very comfortable I & my wife are certainly looking forward to stay with Your Hotel next year.
