Christmas trip stay over on the road worst place to ever stay...Would never suggest it to anyone remove from your app.The room was dirty no hot water or heat..The AC was duct taped and cigarette burns every where.The floors were not vacuumed.Would never recommend children here.

The Lobby is locked from either side- our front , they will come out and open it to let you in, from the room area, it is locked all the time. That concerned me from a safety standpoint. Why did they feel it necessary to keep these doors locked, do they have safety concerns?? Otherwise, it is a typical 3 rated, (not 4) hotels that we have stayed in the past.

I have to stay in a pretty bad place to give it 2 stars or below, but I will NEVER be back to this hotel. I travel to Lima about once a year and decided to try this hotel based on reviews. Nope! I booked a 1 Queen room for 2 nights and traveled with my dog. Check-in went well, the staff was ok, but there was no elevator that I could see, so it was a lot of stairs up and down with luggage, a cage and other stuff. The hallways smell horribly like smoke which was highly frustrating since I'm allergic to smoke and people weren't supposed to smoke in the hotel. The hotel looks quite old and needs a complete update. The room was decently clean, but the condition was poor. There was duct tape on the A/C unit, loose plugs and wires hanging out of the wall behind the fridge. Not safe! At least the fridge and microwave worked well though. The room was big enough for one person and to set up a cage for my dog. I had enough storage and space to at least have a meal in my room and work if need-be. The room was lit fairly well. The bed was ok comfortable with enough pillows, but only some thin linens. The wifi worked ok but got spotty at times. Don't rely on it. The furniture was older with a lot of signs of wear. I usually kept my socks or shoes on in the room as the carpet needed cleaning. At night was the WORST. The walls are PAPER THIN. You can literally hear everything on every side of you and the hallway to the point it sounds like they're in your room. I've never been to a hotel with such thin walls and I travel a lot! At times, my neighbors weren't even talking loud, but I oculd hear everything. The WORST part was downstairs. Late at night, I heard screaming and yelling from the people under me. I could tell they were half in the room, half in the parking lot. They were fighting, threatening to shoot each other and slamming doors. At this point, I was glad I had a large dog staying with me as this went on for over an hour and i did not feel safe at all. I could hear people complaining and finally they stopped and I think some people left. Since the walls were so thin, this whole commotion was VERY LOUD and I couldn't sleep. The only reason I gave this hotel 2 stars is that the Staff were very friendly, and could tell they wanted to help be accommodating. The room was decently clean, the property had a lot of short grass and a field to walk my dog and the breakfast was decent. However, between the condition of the room and the types of guests they were attracting, I won't be taking a chance as a solo traveler to go there again. I've even told my friends to avoid this hotel.

The whole place smells like an ashtray. The linens need to be completely replaced. When I asked for a late checkout the front desk person flat out refused. Didn’t care that I work graveyard shift at the hospital and have Wyndham rewards which should allow me a late check out. The front desk said it was ultimately up to the hotel, and was very unapologetic.

Fix the rooms the lights and paint was a drain on my soul the room door was hard to open the hallway smelled like cigarettes peoples trash was in the hall the room was worth 45 dollars a night not more

The room was not checked properly for guest use. Several things were missing: no blanket for the bed, no facial tissue. Shower head was not working. I was unable to take a shower. Uncleaned towels with hairs attached. A coffee maker was ffilled with a dirty water which seemed it was never washed for a long time.

Hallway smelled like pot at times. It's a little run down.

The staff was in. the room had an odd smell & the cleaning crew didn't clean the coffee pot or restock the coffee , creamer & sugar for 2 of the 3 days we were there. Over all I was satisfied. Worth the price & comfortable.

The first room we had was terrible. Everything was dingy and dirty. The remodeling was poorly done and easily noticeable. We called and had our room changed. The second room was a little cleaner but not much it had no heat. Everything in the rooms needs to be updated new linens and shower curtain would help a lot. White bedding should be white not stain covered. Very gross and creepy.

The hotel is old and dirty. It was fine for what I needed...a place to sleep...but I wouldn't recommend it for much more than that.
