Quality Inn & Suites Fort Madison near Hwy 61

I didn't include my cat but she was not a problem

I found nothing to dislike.

Very nice hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Fresh updates have been made, looked very nice!

The room was fine but the keys never worked. I had to keep going to the front desk to get them ‘activated’ I was told it was due to being close to my phone, so I made sure it was separate from my phone in my purse and it still didn’t work! Every time I came back during my 4 day stay on the 3 rd floor I had to return to the rude woman at the front desk. She was totally rude, never apologized for my inconvenience. This place needs to teach customer service to the staff. I would not recommend this hotel unless there is nowhere else to stay!

Bathtub had a slow drain. We informed the staff. When we returned to the room. The problem was fixed. Thank you

Pool is amazing for all ages! Clean. Great restaurant next door. Would definitely stay here again!
