Jacuzzi tub didn’t work barely blew any water elevator right next to our room is loud lights on the balcony. You could not turn off and shine into the room. Room was not clean. There was smear marks in the mirrors, pubic hair in the tub shampoo marks on the wall the bedding or the bed had a dip in the middle so you constantly wanna meet you rolling toward the center very disappointed.

We enjoyed that the hotel had a waterpark, lake access, and a restaurant on the premises. The location was gorgeous and staff was friendly.

The thermostat in our room kept messing up (would be super hot despite turning it down), the waterpark was very unsafe and filthy (the water in the hot tub was literally a green color) and the water in the pool was freezing, the staff was often missing from the front desk, our family had issues accessing their rooms because their keys stopped working, and the restaurant lost their liquor license after our first day there. The continental breakfast was, in nearly everyone’s words, a huge decline from previous years.
