Pool was OK. Waitress in the temporary dining room was great.

Food took forever to get in temporary restaurant. Hot tub wasn’t clean-lots of dead skin floating around in it. The free breakfast was a joke. No milk for cereal. Ran out of both juices early and never refilled. Jut a general waste of time. Rooms are dated and don’t feel very clean.

Great location, family suite was sizable and queen beds were comfortable. It was clean and the kids loved the pool and slide. Restaurant that’s attached was very good and right on the lake.

The kids beds were HARD. The bunkbed was duct taped and very squeaky. No coffee cups in the room. The mini hot tub was as cold as the pool, the big hot tub was very low on water, the lazy river wasn’t on/moving, and what looked like a water feature in the toddler area wasn’t on…just a pole sticking out in it. If you’re going for the “waterpark”, you may be disappointed if many of the features aren’t working. However, the waterslide was a HIT. the kids were on it over and over and never got board. Some of the staff seemed new and confused about a few things, but everyone was nice.

Good location, restaurant on site was great

The beds were very uncomfortable. In the water park area, the red paint was chipping off and floating in the pools and hot tub, getting stuck on people's feet. Never any towels available in the pool area. Had to go all the way out to the front desk to ask for towels.

The staff was super nice. Let us check in an hour early and after we checked out of our room let us keep swimming for a couple hours. My daughter had a blast and we can't wait to go again! We had a room right by the balcony on the 2nd floor. It was so cozy!

Breakfast selection was limited, a couple things advertised in the pool weren't working (fountains) but didn't stop us from using any part of it. The hot tub had a little dirt floating in it but the rest of the park was otherwise clean. The lighting in our room was dim. Couldn't really brighten up the room much.
