Good food at restaurant, friendly staff, allowed us to have early check in

Worn facilities, especially bathroom and elevator

That breakfast at 830am was totally empty only thing was coffee. If u call that a breakfast it was very sad😥

The restaurant and bar was under construction and we were never told about it until after we check in. 😥

Rooms were clean

High priced for older rooms in need of updating and repairs.staff all seemed not trained well for positions. Some in the breakfast area were not friendly.Missing former staff that had great friendly service and knew what they were doing.

Lakeside bar and grill was operating out of breakfast corner and bad service. Also a prom was scheduled at the conference center and people were screaming and playing music until 5am—I called down to complain 3 times since 1am. Did not pay $200 a night to not be able to sleep.

I’m very disappointed in the upkeep of things. Our king room looked like it probably hadn’t been vacuumed property there was crush Oreo under the desk. No Kleenex and under the bed was dirty washcloth. Our double room. The ceiling leaked from seam to seam. The pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The next morning at breakfast the sorority that stayed destroyed the breakfast area and no one was trying to clean up the juice machine was leaking all over the floor and trash everywhere. The frost desk person did not seem to care about the leak or the breakfast area. I will be leaving a review about our situation. Very disappointed. Don’t think we will be returning

The hotel is right on the lake and does offer a beautiful view. The one good thing about the hotel. It does allow pets, but be prepared they are on every floor and maybe next to one that barks all night.

The staff were not friendly. The pool and hot tub were not clean at all. Multiple times I would see guests grab the skimmers off the wall to clean the pool and hot tub. The rooms need updates. We had 6 rooms, one needed to be switched because the ceiling was falling and one room had mold under the bathtub mat. Furniture is cracked and chipped. No longer allowed to sit in the lobby lounge/breakfast room and play cards or enjoy the lake view.
