Front desk staff was extremely sweet and nice

The pool and hot tube were nasty hair and chunks of debris all over another person grabbed the skimmer and started cleaning they now have a pool boy and he wasn't anywhere to find then watched the lady clean

The food was excellent. Live entertainment was pretty good. The water park was very nice. Bed was comfortable

Service was a little slow. The balcony guard rail was loose and possibly unsafe

"Over priced accommodations."

The location was beautiful and the front desk woman was wonderful at checkin. The linens were soft and smelled great.

The bedroom furniture was old, soft and uncomfortable. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Only one fresh options available for fruit and they were apples that were past their prime. Hard boiled eggs were not good and no other protein available. No pool towels in the pool area.

"Staff at the font desk was very helpful and kind."

Very welcoming staff. Front desk staff was very kind.

Room had a broken seal on the window, floor wasn’t vacuumed, room smelled musty, tub wasn’t very clean. Elevator floor was sticky.
