I loved my two day stay! The staff was very friendly, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the complementary breakfast was fantastic!

Breakfast was ok. The room was clean and it was quiet

The pillows were way too soft and if you have a shower in the room a shower chair would have been nice for my husband. There was also a slight smell in the hallways

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Especially the check in clerk (who seems to do many jobs there). I wish I'd got her name. It’s a decent sized room and has a massive bathroom. It had a wide counter to make getting ready really easy. It also had a walk-in shower which is great. I think they do an ok job maintaining the place, but there are things here and there that need more attention for it to be considered a great hotel. For an example, our toilet paper holder was barely attached to the wall. Also, the bathroom door was very challenging to lock. The side table was very wobbly. The pool steps had caution tape on them. Stuff like that. With respect, the maintenance standards of this property need to fall in line with that of customer service’s, which is excellent. That being said, none of it was bad enough I wouldn’t recommend the hotel, it’s just some suggestions on what they could improve. One thing that is unacceptable is the condition of the pull-out couches. They are utterly uncomfortable. We had two rooms and they were equally as uncomfortable. It’s not uncommon for families to require these, so this is something that should not be neglected in my opinion and is a real shame. For their part, housekeeping seems to be doing a decent job. The room was clean. Maybe a tiny bit more attention could be paid attention to corners, nooks and crannies…but it felt pretty clean overall.
