It is nice place to run away from loud tourists. Available coffee and tea during all day. Beautiful interior and nature around.
In booking details (activities around) fishing was mentioned.But unfortunately staff didn't know anything where and how to organise it.

"Great Hotell in the Heart of the National Park with excellent breakfast"

Great Location in the middle of the Mountains. Good start for several hiking or cycling routes. Plenty of warterfalls and a big lake are bearbeitet Excellent breakfast Extremly friendly staff Very early check-Inn was possible; the Equipment of the room is basic, but the Hotel offers all you need Free coffee all day
I underestimated how steep the route from Myrdal Station is. If you have more luggage than a backpack it is not recommended to walk it

The scenery of the place was great and the place represented an example of a typical mountain resort
Because I think the place is so isolated, the only option is to buy food and drink from here and prices are high
