The staff was very friendly. Check-in was easy. The lobby looks amazing. It was very clean and modern. We were able to sit out there as a group of people and enjoy some conversation.

Everything was clean, but since I knew the hotel was under renovation last year, I was expecting a more updated room. I've stayed in the Hampton Inn in various places, and it just looked a little less updated. There were some things I was disappointed by compared to what I was used to. We also had a hard time adjusting the room's heat. It was pretty cold, and we struggled to get it to the temperature that we wanted.
