Excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay. Minor comment is the watered down coffee and orange juice at breakfast. Both mornings of our stay these drinks tasted more like water than coffee or orange juice.

Clean, quiet, comp bfast, close to 2nd beach & downtown Newport, Cliff Walk, etc. Affordable lodging in an otherwise expensive area. Great stay if the plan is to be out every day exploring. Would have enjoyed an outdoor patio for gathering in the evening or a hot tub with the indoor pool.

First time staying at a Hampton Inn. Very impressed. Room was nice. Staff was great. Called down for pillows and towels and someone was there in a couple if minutes. Great location near Newport with llots to do nearby. Will definitely ne going to Hampton Inns in the future.
