Arrived at midnight. Rang bell and waited for 12 minutes for someone to finally come to county. She was unable to get me checked in due to an authorization issue on the computer system. I had to ask twice for an update as I stood there for 15 minutes and she didn’t say a word to me. She called the GM over and over with no answer.I asked for a room and she couldn’t check me in she said. At 1252, the manager called back and helped her get me checked in. I stood up there for 52 minutes and reserved days in advance. No apologies, nothing. Terrible communication,terrible customer service. Room was fine.

There was a lot that should not have happened. Hearing other guests argue, 3rd floor ice machine wasn’t working said use 2nd floor, went to 2nd floor ice machine was not working properly and also smelled like gas was leaking in the room where the washer and dryer were located. Bed sheet on king size bed had stains before using. The extra pillow for the pull out couch had stains and no pillow case for, called down and they said they didn’t have any. The shower door squeaked so bad when opening it was like nails on a chalk board sound and very loud. The vending machine on main floor was not stocked very well. The pool was quite chilly, website said there was a hot tub, but while we were there trying to swim in the pool they were doing construction and filling in the hot tub, putting chemicals in the air and flying debris when cutting was coming in the door. Overnight host was hard to understand when needed help with things. Not a very good stay. Feel like I wasted my money. Even to check in it took like 20 mins, very ridiculous amount of time. Overall I would not recommend.

The breakfast was good and the location was great for our purpose of travel.

The television in the bedroom did not work. I reported it to the front desk and was it would be fixed. IN the evening when we returned to our room the television was still not working. we were disappointed by this lack of concern for our comfort. There was no soap tray in the bathroom so the soap just sat on the sink.

Breakfast was good and provided a few practical choices. Friendly staff and clean premises.

Indoor pool is ice cold.Jacuzzi broken.Rooms were clean.

This is a nice and clean, up-to-date hotel. Our room was quiet with not much traffic noise. The breakfast was great and included hot foods.
