Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Grandville-Grand Rapids West, MI

The location, helpful staff, clean pool.

Had to switch rooms several times due to lack of smoke alarm, odor and room damage. The staff were helpful in making the switch to a different room.

From broken ice machines to expired milk it was less than I have come to expect from Country Inn's. The staff was courteous though and attentive to needs.

The stay was generally pleasant, the breakfasts were delicious. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little better and the alarm clock had the wrong time on it (and no way to change it?), but otherwise we had an enjoyable time. It was a bonus that our room had two tvs.

Sliding barn door on bathroom does not provide adequate privacy. Toilet paper holder was loose/broken. Toilet seat was very loose and needs to be tightened. Room 313. Bed and a/c were comfortable.

The property was clean and kept up, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good and hot.

A pleasant place to stay.

The breakfast was good and varied slightly on a daily basis.

We had issues with the soap in the bathroom. First, there wasn't any and, then, it was replaced with hand lotion. We were then given bar soap which was fine as the soap was on order.
