Room smell

there was a second sink in the room

Staff was extremely unfriendly, no breakfast options - they woke us up at 6 am to put the worst breakfast I’ve had in Asia in front of the door. The room was very dirty with mould in every corner and in the AC. Cockroachs and other insects in the room.

What breakfast

Staff could of been better. Had to ask for fresh sheets and towels and when I get them had to change the bed myself

None. The location at first is wrongly pinpoint in the map. It was located at gen del pilar St near to Rodriguez St. butbthe actula is quite far being almost at the end part of Gen Del Pilar St.

Aside of the location, the most tjing I do not like is security and safety is not in placed or secured and trusted as CCTV outside the room is not functioning. Someone entered my room even though the room is locked and stole my watch. I lost my favorite and expensive watch who happens to be very memorable to me. Picture of my watch is enclosed.

The place located in the a uncomfottable area, a lot of noise during the night and ansave filling going outside. The linen was dirty and the shower flour was full of mold and there was no toilet paper.
