TV in awkward position to view. Wifi signal not good in hotel. A little noisy - my room was too near gate, entrance and reception. Friendly and helpful staff.

Never book here. Why? My girlfriend and I booked a hotel room for two weeks there for her COVID quarantine. They claim they are on the accredited government list for an approved space for the mandatory two week quarantine, but when my girlfriend got to the airport they are clearly not as the government official refused to let her go to the hotel since it isn't on the revised list for hotels accredited for visitors coming from countries with the new virus strain. Since this wasn't our fault, we expected a full refund. They refused to do the refund and kept 100% of her money despite staying zero out of 14 nights there when contacted by the Booking rep. They kept the money under fraudulent terms. I should note we have contacted them through their official website, Facebook, Twitter, and have not heard a response from any of these platforms. We are reporting them to DTI on Monday.

Hospitable staff.clean place .nice ambiance. Everything you need is there. A safe place for everyone.

Issue upon check in as system did not update right away but overall stay was okay.
