Great location for Skiing

Great, quiet location off the main street. Size of the room was larger than most newer hotels but it is dated with old fixtures. Not much of a breakfast person so for me what they offered (hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, muffins, cinnamon rolls, coffee, tea, apples, and oranges) was good enough.

Bed bugs. In all our travels across the country and overseas I have never experienced a hotel room with bed bugs. We stayed in room #208 and both beds are infested. We were up all night. Killed 15 of them as they crawled out onto the beds. We googled bed bugs to correctly identify what they were since we had never dealt with this until The Victorian Inn. We read that they are nocturnal so it was suggested to leave the light on all night to deter them from coming out. I think we got maybe two hours of sleep. I didn't bother calling the emergency number based on previous reviews (obviously made mistake in not reading previous reviews) stating that nothing was done for past guests. We did not stay there for our second night. We went to another hotel and spent twice the amount for a bed bug free night of great sleep. We informed the woman of the bed bug infestation when we checked out. We took photos and video which she asked us for so she could inform management and the housekeeping staff. She said she would "lock out" the room until the infestation was exterminated. She apologized for the inconvenience, thanked us for telling her, and that was that. Lesson learned: read people's reviews before selecting hotel accommodations. Every adventure has a story. We will always remember our visit to Telluride with our first-ever bed bug experience at The Victorian Inn.

I lived the staff and location and value for money.

I didn’t love the noise of the kids playing around in the evening and the noisy cars on the street just near my room. I would try a room on a higher floor.

Close parking, staff was very agreeable. Hot tub easily accessible. Generally very clean.

The carpet in the room has seen better days.

I thought this place is one of the best hotel we’ll stay in but was quite disappointed because of certain reasons. 1. Hotel has no enough parking space so goodluck in finding one because there’s a lot of tourist in the area making parking almost impossible. 2. Hotel has no elevator making it hard to carry all of your luggages especially if you are in the upper floors. 3. Breakfast is a grab and go because there is no cafeteria/dining room so you have to go eat in your room or elsewhere. Few options for breakfast for a hotel that ‘s expensive. 4. No complimentary water bottle. (One of the things I hate the most).
