Location was excellent. We walked to everything.

Plumbing situation. Toilet and sink had issues, especially the sink. Bathtub faucet leaked. The vanity sink filled up with so much water and wasn’t going down easily.

All was good with our room, comfortable bed.

Thank goodness it was relatively cool outside, my room did NOT have air conditioning and did NOT even have a fan. A ceiling fan or room fan is needed.

"Location location location"

Location is the best part.

We had no hot water on the last day. Also when we checked in the room was hot and stuffy. Found a fan on Day 2 and that made it more pleasant but the first night, the room never cooled off even with open windows.

It was our first time in Telluride. We got great parking. We were close to downtown and the gondola lift. We walked to each spot it was great. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, easy check in/out.
