Quiet and clean environment. Nice and friendly customer service. Great option for a relaxing time. I will recommend anytime.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ants took over our pizza that was left out over night.

The bed was the worst/hardest that I have ever slept on. I might as well slept on a board. I have been using IHG hotels consistently for over 4 years now and this one stands out as being the worst. Me and my wife were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to stay a little closer to home this time. We chose the quaint little town of Jackson, Ca for our get away. The service was very good. My only complaint is the bed. We ended our anniversary trip early due to something that I feel should never be a problem. It is my opinion that I should receive some of my points back for not getting a satisfactory stay. To whom it may concern.

Good breakfast, easy checkkn. AC in RM 229 was nousu. Doors to bathroom are heavy

Check in not good. When booked it was 3:00 check in. Got text day of arrival it was 4:00. Convenient for them that text after free cancelation time. That was problem. Front desk could have cared less. Also, the a/c very noisy. Not going to return to that H.I.

Our room smelled like burnt spaghetti-os. Talked to front desk. Gave me some air freshener and told me to go spray my own carpet. She said someone would come take care of it the next morning, but never changed. Bath tub was clogged/not draining. Husband pulled a huge clump of hair out of the drain so we could shower. Tv wouldn’t work until my husband moved the wires to the correct holes. Also, there were ants in one of our beds and woke up with bites all over us. We had family staying in another room and had no hot water either.

I do not recommend anyone staying here. Was given a key to a room that was already occupied. The front desk argued that it wasn’t occupied. Finally gave me a new room. Water was cold we were told they have been having water heater trouble. Hot tub doesn’t work. Hasn’t worked for months. They didn’t have oatmeal. Hadn’t for several weeks. Milk was in a jug not separate containers. Food was cold. We were told the next day by a different hotel rep that the person who provided a room was the same person who provided the room that was already occupied. The person who was dreadful to work with is a sister to the manager so she wouldn’t be dealt with. Web site says check in at 3 and breakfast at 630. We were told the manager changed check in to 4 and breakfast to 7. I could go on and on but I’m going to stop. $500 for two nights. Sucked big time. We frequent Holiday Inn. This was my first and hopefully last poor experience at a Holiday Inn. Hopefully Holiday inn fixes the problems and makes sure this are ran according to the rules and web site they manage and not the will of a wayward manager

Fridge was dirty. I had to clean it. Morning front desk clerk was wonderful. Daytime clerks were nasty and not telling the truth. Graveyard front desk clerk was helpful. On the 5 star side it was very quiet. Avoid the breakfast.
