Very kind and polite. Competitive price for location and access to highway.

The hotel's final price was a little higher than what Booking.com's "Total Price" was. The hotel claimed a small extra cost for the safety deposit box, but that is something they should've mentioned and disclosed at Booking.com ahead of time. They reverted to the original price of Booking only after I noticed it and told them.

Room was large and clean

The breakfast was neither hot or good, including the coffee. No cable channels that carried the World Cup games

It was across from the expo center.

The pillows were throw pillows for a couch, pull out bed had stains. Took pics even. Was not supplied bedding for it had to get some and wasn't given any pillows. Pool slimy and I felt grossed out bad. Closes at 9 pm. Very early . Pool is very small. Window above pool is broken and worry it could've fallen down on us. No towels in pool area. Door has 2 peep holes one being on lower end which was odd, lock didn't have the ball piece so felt nervous. Safe didn't work. Bathtub very small. Limited space for vanity. Paid cash and yet visa was charged . Waiting for the money to come back onto my account. The motel next door made it awkward.water for shower smelled like sulfur.

I left something in my room went right back for it and the said it wasn’t in there. So now I have to replace my kids tablet
