Location and the nice staff

The room was dirty. There were footprints on the toilet seats. Stains on the floor. Small Blood stains on the sheets. Stains and hairs on the towls and sheets. A guest next to us played loud music until 2:00 am when we complained to the front desk. One of the lamps was burnt.

The pool area was clean with an abundance of fresh towels

The floor in the room was filthy. The shower faucet dripped constantly. There was a cockroach having breakfast while I made my waffles.
