Bed was comfortable.

No garbage or recycling can in the room except the small one beside the toilet. The tub in the room doesn't drain and backs up with your dirty shower water. It took hours for the tub to drain after 1 shower. I was in the same room over a year ago when the location was called the Hearthstone and tub backed up then and i repeoted to the staff at the time. Still not fixed. No do not disturb signs for the door.

I booked my reservation and when I arrived the front clerk advised me that it was canceled and that their was nothing she could do and it was my problem. For 30 mins she kept refusing to help me and told me I have to figure it out. Finally after demanding to speak to the manager she called her and was told to give me a room.
