"Dissappointing stay"

The room was spacious, had a working heater/ air conditioner

The bed linen didnt seem fresh and clean, seemed liked they didnt change pillow covers, duvet covers or bedsheet, had an unpleasant smell. There was no drinking water available.

"Sucked don't stay here"

It was easy to find

No number to call the desk downstairs tried dialing 0 and 9 many times no success Had to go downstairs to get a mnue for the on-site restaurant? Is it that expensive to put a menu in the room? There was two paper cups and two teabag provided with 2 k cups. The bathroom has no bidet, just gross. The view from our room was unkept messy ful of weeds and one weed reached the third floor. The hallways are dimly lit and we expected much more from Radisson especially at $200 for ONE night!
