Holiday Inn Express Crockett by IHG

Overall the hotel was the best in the city. Staff was terrific.

Staff was very friendly. Room looked fresh and updated except for the bathroom. It needs attention. Have stayed there several times in the past few years and had not problem. Great location if attending something at the civic center.

We had a great stay the only problem was we was bullied by a Wolf spider 🕷️ none of us had never seen one so huge but the staff and another customer who works pest control came right away and took care of it

Extremely nice staff and the room was super cleaned and had a very fresh smell to it.

Terrible,the first room sheets were dirty, air condition didn't work. Had to move to another room. I feel i should have had better service at a Holiday inn

Stay was very relaxing rooms had dust on headboards and lamps that triggered my allergies but other than that great experience very nice employees breakfast attendant saw me struggling and hurried to give me a tray and offer help sweet lady wish I had her name check-in attendant sweet girl absolutely my stay wherever we go

The stay was pretty comfortable. However, the bathtub needed significant maintenance, as it was rusted and had a gaping crack near the faucet. The breakfast was less than desirable, but the pancakes were good. It would have been nice to include a selection of fruit as a healthier option as well. Thanks!

Beds comfortable. Room clean.

I reported to the front desk, there is an IHG Cleanliness Policy and there were several roaches in our room; alive and dead. This did not live up to my standard of cleanliness. I am waiting to hear back from the hotel on how they are going to make this right.
