"2 things "

My stay was ok, but there were 2 things that were off. When I arrived there was no shower curtain in the bathroom and I booked a single Kingsize bedroom and they put me in a room with double queens. Felt a little awkward I'm rather tall i needed the space. Other than that things were good.

"RUN FOR THE HILLS"

This was a terrible stay for the price that was charged! The air did not work so they provided a BOX FAN!, the toilet seat was broke, stopper in sink would not stay open, the key card deactivated twice when I asked registration about it she said it was probably my fault maybe I put it close to credit card, when I told her it was another guest that was waiting outside because their card didn't work she said they deactivated theirs too now what's the probability of that?, there we no trash cans in the room, they forgot the turn down service on day 2, fire alarm kept going off, breakfast was nowhere near what was advertised, and it was exactly the same both days, we were told to get pool towels from registration but then was told they had no way to wash them so they couldn't be provided, ice machine and soda machine was broke on our floor. I would not have been so sensitive to all of these glitches but then I saw that my bill was $471 for 2 nights of BULL! This is RIDICULOUS! We should pay for what we get, and we got CRAP!
