April 2nd check in at 2:20pm water was cold NO warm or Hot water had a wedding to be in. Came back that evening hoping to shower but No! Still cold water, NO Warm or Hot water. I called in to report it. Front desk said it’s being fixed she washed towels and probably used the hot water.In morning still No warm water or Hot water. I need a refund or compensation for the inconvenience it caused my Husband and myself.

Was in town for funeral services for my father. The staff was amazing, especially Melody. She was very kind, professional and courteous. Upon check-in the room I was initially assigned a room which had a had a noisy, leaky toilet that could not be fixed. Melody quickly moved me to another room. The rooms were okay. The bathtub was rusting...maintenance attempted to repair but was still showing obvious signs of rusting. The bathtub my sister was also not in the best condition which discouraged her from taking a bath. The leather chair associated with the desk in my room was peeling and needed to be upgraded. Breakfast was good, clean and neatly prepared. Again, all the staff was very courteous and hospitable.
