The location, the size of two room suite. The cleanliness and comfy bed. The large balcony with large table and chairs.the coffee maker with coffee provided and mini fridge. Appreciated the fast service on mini fridge as it was not functioning when we arrived. Maintenance replaced it promptly!

The staff really needs help. Front desk gal all alone and seems not adequately trained to be independent. Took quite a while to check in as she took lengthly phone calls interrupting service to me. There should be at least 2 people at front desk on busy graduation weekend. Wish suite had a microwave. Also creamer packets/condiments with coffee that was nicely provided. Would like there to be an item charge list for beverages in fridge that were stocked. I couldn't find a "do not disturb" sign for door either. Our room key stopped working on our 2nd day so that was inconvenient.

There was a place to stay from my client’s wedding, but it was overpriced because it was the same weekend as the college graduations.

The staff didn’t go out of their way, my bathroom smelled like rotten eggs, had barely any towels and had to ask for more, and the place was kind of rundown.
