"Good place for escaping construction at my home, but about $50 overpriced"

Location pretty central, with some long-term construction hampering traffic west of the hotel. Restaurant is handy, but menu slightly outdated, and it never changes. Food is well-made

Bathroom needs deep renovation, new bathtub, etc.

"I didn’t realize it was a motel. I wouldn’t have booked it if I knew. Hotels with hallways for access seem safer"

"Tranquil and relaxing in a lovely coutyard setting."

I love the location, close to Downtown and the Botanical Gardens and the neighborhood has access to restaurants and shopping. Plus , the neighborhood is quiet.
