Hilton Garden Inn Victorville

Service was great, the pillows were terrible. I woke up with a linked neck every morning. They had no filling to them.

Overall one of the worst Hilton hotels. I was on the 1st floor. Old musty rooms, loud af ACs and fridge noise. Non existent shower water pressure. Towel was so rough, you can exfoliate yourself with them sandpaper towels. I couldn’t sleep all night bc of a smoke alarm beep low battery beep. It went off every 26 secs. It gave me a headache. Went to the front desk, they had no ear plugs, can’t do much. I had work at 6:30am, I got 0 sleep. I asked to move rooms at 3am. New room on 2nd floor was so cold. I turned off the AC, it wouldn’t turn off, I was doing it right. I gave up on sleep. We had paid for the breakfast in our rate but I give it 2 stars. Could only choose 1 thing from cook to order breakfast part of the menu. No breakfast buffet. I wished I hadn’t paid for the breakfast not worth the money. I got pancakes & changed out the meat that it comes with to get potatoes (half of it was uncooked). Also their toaster was broken. You get nothing else, have to pay more to get anything else. You can’t get fruit or bagel or bread included. Such a rip off only at this location. Even tho you paid for breakfast. I’ll attach the menu. Won’t be staying there again. Order Hilton garden inns are not like this. Have had great and decent experience at other ones. This experience gave it a motel vibe, never stayed at one but that’s what I would imagine the room experience would be like at a motel. I’m diamond Hilton member for 5 yrs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were provided drinks and snacks upon arrival.

The room was a little outdated for a Hilton Garden Inn. The soap provided in the room was horrible. It was hard and did not lather.

Great hotel room! Clean sheets and towels. Bed is comfortable enough. Great amenities in room: fridge & microwave. Staff is friendly, parking is free which is a great plus…and plenty of shops with restaurants around. The only negative is: walls are too thin, as you hear your neighbors foot walks above and you can hear the conversations on the side walls.

The trip was nice and clean the only down fall was they stopped doing free breakfast in the mornings and now have a restaurant you can order food. The pool area also closed at 10 i figured since it was a friday they might be open a little later but unfortunately they arent and it was a little bummer cause we checked in later but oh well. They also were in the middle of construction upgrading rooms so part of the parking lot was full of metal containers. I really think the main bummer was the no free breakfast and i didnt see any notes about that when booking but i could have missed it who knows but still a bummer.

Only issue we had was they are renovating and the water was off for a bit but other than that it was a good stay

The hotel was fine, but the staff was inhospitable. Upon arrival, I was told my room was not ready. I asked if they could text me when my room was ready, for I had driven 7 hours and was tired. They did not send the text. Each day I left and returned in the evening, they never acknowledged me with a hello or even a guttural gesture. I am ashamed of them. I have been a Hilton Honors member for 25 years, and to be treated so poorly...shame on the staff!

Clean and the staff was very helpful and super nice
