Great overnight stay and Highly recommend!! Great choice for the price and value. Room was very spacious. There is a family fun center next door to the hotel. Room was quiet and clean and the hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Very convenient across the streets from stores and shopping. Have stayed here 3x before and my go to location. Thank you

Avoid this Hilton property. We stopped here on a trip across country to LA. We read some negative reviews before our arrival but it was too late to cancel. As a many years diamond member I assure you this does not meet Hilton expectations. Now it was posted that this property is currently under renovation, HOWEVER in my opinion this hotel should have been closed until renovations were completed. The rooms are so worn out I wondered if this was an Original first year Hilton Garden from whenever the brand was launched. The bathroom was the epitome of why you stay at Hilton properties to avoid the cheap less maintained chain brand hotels. Stains, poor fixtures and water pressure. The flooring - gross old, old hotel carpeting was on its last threads. The curtains you could literally look right thru to the outdoors - and stained - yuk. We’ve stayed at other Hilton properties that weren’t up to the standard over the years, but nothing like this. I wasted 44,000 points on this place and was thinking even the cheap competitors location would have felt more comfortable.

Prior to my arrival.. I was advised that there would be no water from 10pm to 6am. This was a major inconvenience and forced me to find other living arrangements. The temperature in Victorville was over 90 degrees. With no water to shower after being in extreme temperatures of that degree it was wrong of the hotel not to contact me prior to my arrival. I paid full price for my room and was told that I would have to contact management for a refund.
