"Choose someplace else."

First, I did not want ground floor room (as safety issue). So they put my in a 3rd floor room with window looking DIRECTLY @ all the air conditioning units and a building, the hotel was nowhere full. They could have done much better. Elevator barely works. Bulb out in the bathroom - could not apply makeup. Bath/tub faucet dripping. Got charged and credited $50 for what? I have no idea. Their billing is odd. Would not recommend. There are many other choices.

Check in rep was not friendly. No spare tissue in the room only mostly used rolls, picture frame cracked and peeling, clock broken, stain on bedsheets. Nightstand drawers don’t close properly, they kept sliding open. Called guest services Saturday night 4 times with no answer before I gave up

It was Ok, the pesticide scent was strong, the housekeeping 8am checking in the rooms for check out was too early. The noise they made in the hallway was disruptive, and the housekeeping yelling instead of talking was loud. Someone was yelling "Juan" . A sleeping in morning from a long night would have been peaceful.
