En relación a los Alimentos y el servicio tano del Restaurant como del Bar Excelentes!!

No hubo la Comunicación al momento de la Reserva, y nos toco una Habitación con el Baño en diferente nivel (Planta Baja) y la Recamara en Planta Alta!!....

Absolutely beautiful, huge area with a lot of things to do on the property, a lot of cute animals, dreamy and romantic design, our little house was a 10/10 as well, so in general very good!

The room was great, but the entrance door & the window on the ceiling were not 100% “fitted” – might be possible for insects to crawl inside & when it rained my bf felt it while laying on the bed :D + We had an incident that did not feel right: my boyfriend requested a picnic as a little anniversary present for me, very nice that it was possible to arrange in the morning + vegetarian, BUT – we arrived on time and had to wait over 25 minutes and then while checking out and only AFTER I submitted the review form we found out that the price was apparently communicated wrongly to us, so we had to pay again, doubling that in total – over 50€ for 2 sandwiches, potato chips, 2 sodas, little salads and rice pudding. We would have probably paid it without any problem if communicated beforehand, but since the hotel firstly confirmed the wrong price, it was delayed almost 30 minutes, was not that exceptional, I was asked to submit a review before being confronted with this mistake – it makes everything feel a bit off unfortunately :(

Great and relaxing. The rooms are super cute and they transport you back in time. Staff was very friendly. Spa massage was great! Food was delicious!

Il costo per aver portato il cane in struttura è stato superiore al costo della camera . Sfortunatamente solo dopo aver prenotato ci hanno messi a conoscenza del fatto che avremmo dovuto pagare così tanto per il nostro cane. Davvero un’esagerazione e un’esperienza sgradevole. Mi sarei aspettata almeno uno sconto o un’offerta su uno dei servizi dell’hotel ma siamo stati completamente ignorati nonostante avessimo ribadito il concetto sia via messaggi sia alla reception
