El trato de todo el personal es muy cálido, dan buena atención. Los platillos del restaurante nos gustaron bastante. Las instalaciones tienen una gran vista y dan tranquilidad. La habitación muy espaciosa y cómoda.

Cuando llegamos nuestra habitación aún no estaba lista por lo que tuvimos que esperar alrededor de 30 min. Llegamos varios huéspedes al mismo tiempo y creo que faltaba personal para resolver esa situación.

Muy bonito, y el servicio de maravilla. Lo único es que tenían tanta gente que nuestra habitación no estaba totalmente preparada, y encontramos un área aún sin recoger la basura íntima femenina, lo cual fue arreglado después de solicitarlo en recepción. Fuera de eso, muy muy bien.

We really enjoyed our stay, this wasn't our first time here, Alejandro at the Alipuz bar was great and helpful, front desk personnel super friendly, we love the place.
