"Not what you’d expect from a Hyatt"

Stay clear of this place, old & run down. Breakfast is mediocre at best! Don’t expect fresh coffee in the morning, it’s left over from the night before! Not at all what I’ve grown to expect from a Hyatt hotel! Very dissatisfying!

Booked and paid for a king room, only to be told upon arrival that king rooms were sold out!!! Not good at all! TV casting did not work. A/C unit was extremely loud. Disappointing stay. Won’t use Hotels.com again.

Our room had a couple lights/outlets that didn’t work which was hard to enjoy reading at night and we couldn’t use the blow dryer in the bathroom. Other than that the room was nice and we really liked that it was big! The staff was great! Very friendly and accommodating with anything we needed.
