Hyatt Place Savannah Airport

Found a wig in our room from a previous guest. My husband took it up to the front desk where they apologized and offered to credit us 1,000 Hyatt points for the issue along with a couple of bottled drinks. Good customer service, but housekeeping in this example was lacking. The breakfast staff was kind, but they ran out of some items because the truck hadn’t arrived yet with their supplies. A washer and dryer for self serve laundry would have been helpful. Overall a good stay for what it was.

We like the location next to Sam Snead's restaurant, we had a water view Pooler has everything else you might want or need while traveling. Easy. Access Breakfast was excellent Thank you! Love the large towels, 24 hour coffee in lobby and a bar.

We would like better coffee makers in the room.

Great hotel - pet friendly, easy access from interstate. Great support places within walking distance food& gas. Nice little bar, coffee bar lobby. Solid breakfast. Many options & almond milk. Great peak in my world. Airport noise didn’t affect me. Super friendly, helpful staff.

Location, pricing, friendliness of staff.

Breakfast wasn't something that (we) like. Someone else may have Enjoyed it. I think that maybe it could have been a better selection with cartons of milk, yogurts, grits things of that nature. However, that is just my preference and suggestion. Thank you for the opportunity.

Far below par for a hyatt property and would mot return. Very dated, rusty lamps, gross vents, see pictures attached, and more than double my points for a much nicer hotel 2 weeks ago

I stayed nine nights to move my son to Savannah and get him settled. The room was so spacious, as the living and sleeping areas were completely separate. I was able to work from the room, and he was able to complete his schoolwork without being in one another's space. During my stay, I needed to receive several packages. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and their friendliness and hospitality were absolutely exceptional. The hotel location is convenient to highways, restaurants, and shopping. Although the hotel is a little dated, it was impeccably clean. Beds were comfortable, and shower pressure was perfect. I have booked additional stays in the future, and I look forward to staying again next month. 5/5 service, hospitality, location!

Excellent experience. Easy and fast check in/check out, friendly and efficient staff, very clean, amazing breakfast options for a free breakfast, beautiful big room, easy quick drive from airport.

The night staff person was excellent. We had to catch the 6:00 am shuttle and she went out of her way to put together a "to go" bag of fruit, muffins, etc. I drink tea which is terrible with hot water that has been sitting in a big container. She got me steaming water to use to seep my tea. Never have I gotten this kind of personal service at a hotel.
