Hyatt Place Savannah Airport

The staff was very friendly and diligent! Excellent service! The hot breakfast was good! Everything eas clean. The value for the stay was great! In my case I needed to be close to I95 so location was great! The hotels needs a llittle bit of love, it needs paint and a little retouch and refresh! Some doors and elevator had scratches, some carpets looked stained! So it needs a refresh! If that is done it would be rated 10/10.

Great location right off of expressway. Next door restaurant is excellent. (Sam Snead tavern). Great buffet. Nice bar. Friendly staff.

Room had clearly been damaged by a dog(s). Furniture chewed, spots on couch. Slight odor. They had dehumidifier in room but didn’t seem to help much.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Hyatt Place. Room was spacious and clean. Tom, who checked us in was super friendly and welcoming. We prefer non-pet friendly rooms, Tom explained that they cannot guarantee that request but gave us a room where they don't normally put pets and explained that they do a deep clean on rooms that had a pet. We also liked being able to walk to the restaurant next door. Next time we are traveling in this area we would certainly stay here again.

Perfect room setup. Loved the window treatment in the bedroom for sleep. Separate area for relaxation. Quiet environment.

My room was exactly what I called for. Traveling with pets I like to be away from elevators and noises so everyone can get a good nights sleep. I love that there was no carpet. I just feel that its cleaner. I also love that Sam Sneads is right next door and they allow my dogs to dine with me on the patio. The meal I ordered wasn't as good as usual, but they could have been having a bad night. The staff is amazing from night to morning and the whole place immaculately clean.
