I have to say I’ve never been more disgusted than to read the reviews that were literally just a month before me! Where are these people that stayed in an alternate universe while they were here ? I like to smoke with a smoked! I have to say I’ve never been so disgusted in my life from a hotel chain! We traveled with a pet. I was charged $75 extra to clean the room fine ,whatever it is it is. Let me just make it clear that is not listed on their website. Use the $75.00 and put it towards the cleaning! After driving 12 hours, I just wanted a nice place to lay my head before driving another nine hours home. The room is worn! They need to do some upkeep in these rooms. And I don’t mean just the Furniture that is showing its age but handprints on the wall hair on the soap dish in the shower. Whoever their cleaning crew needs to be fired. Free breakfast is something that I could always take or leave but this one also hit a new low. How do you put out tortillas for people to eat and they are not kept warm! The guacamole isn’t even stored in the correct container! The hot food that was out was beyond oily! The only thing that was safe to eat was a bagel that you put into a very tired, toaster! I figured the only other safe thing that was good to eat would be a hard boiled egg. I wish I would’ve kept it to take a picture, but it was not just green inside, but it was black! I have attached pictures to show you! There is no quality of care here. No one takes pride in keeping this place in tiptop condition! Cleaning goes a long way! This staff including the managers need some serious retraining! No one should be standing around talking. There’s always something to do always something to be cleaned!

Proximity to airport without noise from planes.

Clerk suggested a room change from king to queen. I accepted to make it easier to sleep in one bed and deal with suitcases on other. I believe it was room 127- Walked into bleached parts of sectional on suit cushions and dark what looked like oily stains on back of sectional. Moved to sleeping area and right bedside lamp had no shade. TV selections poor to average. This morning when I went to reach for hair dryer under sink, a raw piece of unattached wood fell down.

The atmosphere everything was excellent room was clean and smelling great

Now I did have an issue I had to wait 40 minutes upon getting in my room they were having technical difficulties with the computer I already booked and paid for my room in advance but the system would allow her to move forward but the young lady was patient and tried her best but the system still didn't respond so she gave us a room and leftva message for her manager when she comes in that morning

The room was spacious. Staff were very friendly.

I have no complaints.
