La baignade à la mer, nous ne pouvons pas nager pas de profondeur

Architektonisch ein wunderbares Hotel. Die großzügigen Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Roof top Pool ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Zimmer war auch wirklich sehr groß und schön eingerichtet.

Entweder man will ein hochpreisiges Hotel mit edlem Ambiente sein oder ein All inklusive Bunker mit viel bum bum am Pool, wo die Gäste schon ab 10:00 Uhr an der Pool Bar abgefüllt werden. Beides ist ja ok, aber ein Hotel sollte sich einfach entscheiden, was es sein will. Beides geht halt nicht, bzw. lässt Gäste wie mich unglücklich zurück. Wir wussten leider nichts von All inklusive und hatten einfach Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. Wir hätten für Bali Verhältnisse relativ hohe Preise für dieses typische All in Ambiente (inkl. den obligatorischen Buffets) bezahlen und genießen sollen. Sorry aber nein danke! Auch fand ich es schade, dass wir bei einem vermeintlich nicht ausgebuchtem Hotel in ein Zimmer neben einer Baustelle im Nachbargelände einquartiert wurden. Ich bin absolut sicher, dass dies aufgrund der Belegung nicht unbedingt nötig gewesen wäre.

Lokacija obeh sob je bila najslabša izbira. Ko smo že pri prihodu prosili za zamenjavo, to ni bilo možno. Z izgovorom, da je vse zasedeno. Kar pa sploh ni bilo res. Po pregovarjanju so nam ponudili nekaj, ker naj bi doplacali 200 dolarjev. Seveda nismo sprejeli. Način, kako te stvari urejajo, ni primeren. Zato sigurno ne bomo priporočali tega hotela nikomur. Lokacija hotala je na območju, kjer se v morju ne da kopat zaradi prenizkega nivoja vode. Edini možni način je plavanje v obeh bazenih.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful with green, luscious gardens, flowers. Just walking around the property was a highlight. We loved sitting on the rooftop pool. The beachfront was great too. A nice little surprise was the chess & checkers table, pool table, table tennis set up, beach volley ball and darts. There was lots to do in the resort itself. Honestly there isn’t much to fault. We weren’t ready to leave.

When people in the reviews said the bed was hard, I believed them but I didn’t think it would be that bad. The beds are VERY hard. It’s like sleeping on a plinth. Request soft pillows it makes a bit of a difference.

The club rooms with the roof top pool and bar. The staff were awesome. Also the ambience of the buildings and grounds were very authentic Bali style.

The main pool was very old and full of drunk Eastern Europeans. It felt very sleezy. Breakfast was average.

Great location and facilities. Staff at pool, bars and room cleaning were very friendly and responsive.

Staff at breakfast were not aways responsive to request.
