Location was great, nice and peaceful. Staff were very courteous.

Door locks were a little off with no automatic locking when the door closes, meaning if someone is leaving the room the other person inside needs to manually lock the door each time. Bathroom flushes were less than ideal with multiple attempts of flushes required due to hardly any water pressure with some leakages present too

Room was very nice, the staff were very helpful. The massage was nice.

The facilities eg, pool, sunbeds needed updating and cleaner ie. green scum around the pool and light in pool popped out. The gym was too small and the food was expensive compared to other hotels visited. My son felt it did not suit him so we did not stay during the day and only came back to sleep and have food. The beach area was like staying on a motorway as the jet skis and boats whizzed and whirred and filled our lungs with gasoline rather than fresh sea air.

Room we stayed in was very comfortable but a little musty, also right at the back. I will stay there again but in a different room

Beautifully set out, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Great food and restaurants, staff were fantastic and very helpful and friendly.

Do fotógrafo que tirou as fotos do hotel para colocar na internet. São muito melhores que a realidade. Localizado junto a um calçadão ótimo para caminhadas relaxantes. Mas sempre para o lado direito. A caminhada para a esquerda é de fugir

Tinha tudo para ser um excelente hotel. Mas a falta de cuidado, falta de manutenção e a pouca atenção ao cliente tornaram a experiência um pouco dececionante. Sobretudo quando olhamos para hóteis próximos. A praia não presta.
