Not a bad location close to the beach

The room was extremely dirty, and there were other guests smoking and misbehaving outside of our room ( building 4 ) all hours of the night. I raised this and nothing happened. In addition, there were cockroaches throughout the room, one night we woke up to a cockroach crawling on my face, turned the lights on and found 6/7 cockroaches. I killed a couple of these and complained; the staff didn’t care and did nothing, simply said ‘we removed the dead cockroaches’

The resort was older style but has beautiful gardens and right on the beach. Breakfast was great

Our room was a little dated as we had booked via Booking,com nothing was explained to us. We were left to our own devices to find out what was what. Location a bit out of main Nusa Dua.
