The environment was beautiful, from the tropical fruit trees and gardens, to the beautiful style of the rooms & buildings. Stunning! The staff are the most welcoming and helpful and smiley people I’ve ever seen. Amazing experience.

The holiday was excellent, but little touches on arrival when the towels are rolled nicely didn’t continue & we’re just set into the space flat. It would be lovely if they maintained the same presentation in house keeping throughout the stay and not just for arrival day.

Este un resort foarte mare si frumos, plin de verdeață, palmieri si flori. Piscina infinity de pe rooftop ofera o priveliște minunata asupra oceanului. Mâncarea a fost foarte bună. Micul dejun bufet foarte bogat si variat. Într-o seară am avut spectacol: muzica live, piesa de teatru tradițional balinez si mâncarea tradițională balineza -foarte frumos.

Camere sunt foarte curate, insa exista umiditate foarte mare in camere. Un aspect extrem de important pentru persoanele care au probleme respiratorii. Încă de cand intri in camera de izbește mirosul de mucegai si umiditate. Trebuie rezolvata aceasta problema neapărat.

Wat een fijn resort! Prachtige gelegen aan een privé baai waar de zee rustig was en zwemmen goed kon. We hebben met veel plezier gebruik gemaakt van de zwembaden, restaurants, het strand en de kamer.

Beautiful hotel made in Balianise style, giving a local sphere. The stuff is very friendly. Has his own beach .

Everything was fine, nothing to complain. Ons smal minus point not directly related to the hotel is that although direct access to the sea, it was not always possible to swim in the see due to often low tides, which differed per dayand I guess per month. We were in the beginning of May and the first 3-5 days we were not able to swim at all as water was simply gone. The last couple of days it got better.
