"We were there for a funeral. It served our need."

Staff was helpful. Rooms were quiet and clean. Good location.

There is no coffee or breakfast in the lobby. The swimming pool never opened this year.

Staff couldn't speak English well, first room ok but toilet rocked. Asked for another room. Had to go upstairs. No elevator, had to drag our luggage upstairs. Dirty! Smelled! The sheets stained from where someone slept in it. Couch was filthy, carpet worn and unkept. Horrible experience with staff. Sleeping there was like a nightmare. Never again will I go through Experian to reserve and pay for a hotel before I go in and check it out!!!!!
